Let’s Not Get Ahead of Myselves
So, I’ve made the executive decision to not finish the Drawing Challenge this month. “whaaaaaat?” you gasp, “is that not in the opposite spirit of what you set out to do this year?” you question as you mutter “quitter” under your breath in a disgusted tone.
My reply is this: I have too much going on right now. It sounds lame and self important, because it is. There are deadlines and task much more pertinent to my future success that take priority over drawing. I plan to start over in February, once applications are submitted and the quarter is underway.
